MANDATE
The City Social Welfare and Development Office is a local government agency mandated to effectively provide basic social services and implement programs and projects that will alleviate and empower disadvantaged individuals, groups, and families from the fifty-five (55) barangays of Ligao City to ensure an improved living condition.
SERVICE VISION
The CSWDO envisions an equal access to social development assistance and opportunities for all clients and sectors, to in-still community participation, just and gender-fair community free from all forms of abuse, hunger and poverty.

To effectively and efficiently carry out policies, programs and services for and with the poor, marginalized and vulnerable.
